All RBNS members are expected to fulfill the following obligations:

  • Attend at least 6 (50%) monthly meetings /year and at least one ticketed event (Learn-Share-Network or Dinner event).

  • Arrive on time for the Monthly meetings and stay for the entire meeting (the monthly meetings last for 90 minutes

  • Annually bring at least one bona-fide business referral or potential membership candidate as visitor to a monthly meetings and/or Learn-Share-Network events.

  • Pay the annual membership dues by the established deadline.

  • Support the objectives of RBNS

  • Accept the RBNS Code of Ethics

 Related Policies:

  1. Members must attend at least 6 (50%) monthly meetings /year and at least one ticketed event (Learn-Share-Network or Dinner event). After 6 absences the member becomes subject to exclusion at the at the recommendation of the Membership Committee and with BoD approval.

  2. Members of the Leadership team who for medical of personal reasons must take a long-term (more than two months) leave of absence, are required to find a replacement to fulfill his/her duties within the team.

  3. Speakers at the monthly meetings must bring snacks and refreshments for attendees of the meetings when they make presentations.

  4. Each year members are required to bring at least one bona-fide business referral and/or visitor(s) who are potential membership candidates to the monthly meetings and/or Learn-Share-Network events. Visitors may attend one monthly meeting before joining RBNS and are welcome to any number of Learn-Share-Network events.

  5. Members who wish to change/add new product/service classification(s) must submit a request to the Membership Committee. Subject to approval, the change/addition will be operated in the member profile and reflected in the Membership Directory.

  6. Upon recommendation from Membership Committee and subject to BoD approval, a member may be put on probation or membership may be revoked for failure to comply with the policies and/or code of ethics of RBN.

  7. In the absence of a Membership Committee, the Leadership Team may act as an ad hoc Membership Committee until one is established

  8. Policies are subject to change; the Leadership Team will vote all changes.
